3. Shipping the Product: You are responsible for packaging and shipping the product to the provided return address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
4. Inspection and Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the product(s) to verify compliance with the return conditions. This process typically takes up to 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days from the date of approval. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps before contacting our support team:

• Check Your Bank Statement: Verify whether the refund has been posted to your account. Sometimes it may appear as a reversal or adjustment.

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or were incorrectly fulfilled (e.g., wrong item sent). If your item falls into one of these categories, please contact us at support@ozempill.us with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will initiate an exchange process. Replacement products will be shipped out as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Non-refundable Shipping: Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable, even if a refund for the product is granted.
